Lundgrens Skärgården (Archipelago) is the white portion snus released by the beloved brand Lundgrens. It contains the taste of sweet summer berries, such as wild strawberries and raspberries, combined with a rich taste of tobacco which gives this white portion a full-bodied flavor with a sweet undertone. The flavor was inspired by the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm where berries are sweet, and the ocean can cool you off in the hot summer sun.

The nicotine content in these white portions is 10 mg per grams, which is considered normal and suits the classic snusare (snus user) perfectly. The white portions ensured the experience of Lundgrens Skärgården to be less runny than a normal portion would be, and this makes the usage of this product a cleaner and fresher option than others. The perforated portions this white snus is wrapped in will give off quicker taste and nicotine release than any other white portion, making the content closer and more potent.

Lundgrens was first released in 2014, and since then they have created unique products inspired by the vast landscapes of Sweden, such as Västkusten, Skåne and Norrland, and released various amount of limited editions snus, one that even made it to the main selection: Lundgrens Fjällen.

Nice subtle tart berry

This is a nice and subtle tart berry flavor. The sweetness is only barely there, and nothing tastes artificial. The unique perforated portion is nice and soft, and allows for a quick release of early tartness when you put one in. The only downside to this one (for me) is when it starts running -- the flavor gets too intense, and spicy tobacco notes come flooding through. It goes from subtle tart berry to sudden berry tobacco bomb in your mouth. It's one of those snuses I want to get rid of ASAP, instead of just letting the drip ride. Other than the runny finish, this was a pleasant snus at a nice price. Reminds me of eating "mystery berries" in my backyard as a kid.

Very nice

This snus is quite lovely. It's my first from the brand and I'm looking forward to trying the others as I bought pretty much all of them. This one has a light flavor of berries and a little tobacco. Nothing overpowering at all. I wouldn't mind a little more flavor but that is typical for a white portion. I would probably order this again.

Not bad

I have mixed feeelings about this one. I really appreciate what Lundgrens is tying to do in terms of complexity. And they do it with high quality tobacco in a unique portion material that I find comfortable and at an outstanding price point, I find myself wanting to support that as a consumer. However many of their snuses have a bitter floral quality that lingers in the background. It must be part of their base recipe pipe. Skargarden is no exception, although the floral bitterness is much less pronounced in this one. I love the combination of sweet and sour and the berry taste is prominent. I’d be interested to try this in a strong portion. As for now, Skane Stark  seems to be my favorite in the Lundgrens lineup but I will keep trying their offerings.

Tastes of the sea!!!

It has a wonderful beach, ocean vibe of flavors going on and I absolutely love it. I’m glad I bought a roll instead of a couple of cans. Like I said in the other Lundgrens review the quality for the price that you pay is unbelievable and can’t be beaten. The flavors compliment each other very well. The flavor of Lundgrens products seem consistently long lasting!

Fan of Skane?

Mhmm Mhmm MHMMM! I wish I had a can right now to describe the taste. All I can say is a tad sweet off the berries and balanced well with classic tobacco flavor. I've been ordering new lines of snus from Lundgrens and in general anything new off 2 sites. One being General harvest that you wish you've tried or ordered 60 cans of...1 week after recieving its all sold out =(
2nd being this, definately a roll order if you love skane ;) 

I can see a strong version of this coming out ;)

Another winner by Lundgrens

Absolutely awesome. In my opinion, this is the best of the newer line of flavors by Lundgrens. The flavor is very herbaceous; salty and slightly sweet, with overtones of cedar, and pleasant floral undertones with hints of dried berries.
